The following terms and conditions, together with our client consent form is an agreement between Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic as an operating business and your self as a consumer and beloved customer of ours. Please review our Terms and Conditions so you fully understand our and your legal rights before engaging with our Goods and Services.

1. Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin and Laser Clinic will charge for goods and services in accordance with its advertised, published and/or agreed prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. All transactions in relation to goods and services enter into with Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic will be final.

3. Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic will not refund any part of a good or service which I purchase or agree to purchase for future use and if I purchase a package of treatments for future use, the cost of the package or any unused portion of the package is non-refundable. Any unused portion of the package will be forfeited if it is unused before the expiry date at the time of purchase or within a reasonable time if no expiry date is stipulated or agreed. This is subject to the relevant applicable Australian Consumer Law which, in general terms, provides for a refund when a good or service provided fails to meet a consumer guarantee as provided for by the Australian Consumer Law.

4. I agree to Paulina de los Reyes Beauty Skin Laser Clinic Booking, Cancelation, Child and Privacy Policies. As well as if I arrive later than my scheduled appointment may affect the duration of my treatment time, or could be treated as a canceled appointment, and it will incur the cancellation fee. This provision may only be waived by the express consent of the proprietor of Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin and Laser Clinic. Please read Clinic Policies here

5. Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic requires me to inform them if I am pregnant or have a skin condition or allergy or am taking medication or if I am receiving medical care from a medical or other health practitioner and of any other factor which might be relevant.

6. Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic has the right to refuse to perform a service or supply a product to me if in the opinion of Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic, it is not appropriate for any reason that I am provided with it.

7. Due care and skill will be exercised by Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic in its provision of goods and services to me and all reasonable steps will be taken by Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic to avoid any loss or damage. Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic is not liable for any side effects which occur as a result of my own negligence or failure to disclose a relevant factor to Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic – refer to point 6 above.

8. Subject to the above and the applicable Australian Consumer Law, Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin and Laser Clinic gives me no warranty and accepts no liability in relation to the performance or non-performance of any service agreed to or product supplied, whether under the law of contract or otherwise.

9. The premises of Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic is under 24-hour surveillance for security reasons and I acknowledge that I may be monitored whilst at the premises.

10. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the provision of any good or service by Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic and supersedes all other communications, representations, understandings or agreements between me and Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic.

11. By entering our clinic and agreeing to have treatment you understand and accept that any malicious or offensive reviews placed are taken very seriously and may result in legal action.

12.Promotions and Offers
All Promotions and Offers are considered separate and not available with other Promotions and Offers. As an example, a promotional discount of 50%, that may be available on your first treatment, cannot be used in conjunction with another special offer discount of 20% or a nominal value credit provided to you that may be available as a referral or member’s incentive.

13. Treatment Packages

  • Not valid with any other offers

  • Packages are only valid per client, and cannot be transferred to another person or for another treatment (non-transferable).

  • Treatments included in each package cannot be exchanged for other treatments.

  • Package savings are calculated on the individual retail treatment prices and not pre-paid prices.

  • No refunds available on pre-paid packages, otherwise full retail price applies.


14. Expiry dates for Programs or packages: 

Skin Treatments:

  • Treatment plans, program or packages combining treatment therapies for an 1 month program: 2 months expiry from the date of purchase.

  • Treatment plans, program or packages combining treatment therapies for an 2 month program: 4 months expiry from the date of purchase.

  • Treatment plans, program or packages combining treatment therapies for an 3 month program: 6 months expiry from the date of purchase.

  • Treatment plans, program or packages combining treatment therapies for an 4 month program: 8 months expiry from the date of purchase.

  • Treatment plans, program or packages combining treatment therapies for an 5 month program: 10 months expiry from the date of purchase.

  • Treatment plans, program or packages combining treatment therapies for an 6 month program: 12 months expiry from the date of purchase.


Hair Removal Treatments with IPL or Cutera Laser:

  • Packages of up to 4 sessions: 8 months expiry

  • Packages of up to 6 sessions: 12 months expiry

  • Packages of up to 8 sessions: 18 months expiry

  • Packages of up to 10 sessions: 24 months expiry

Points 12 to 15 may only be waived by the express consent of the proprietor of Paulina de Los Reyes Beauty, Skin Laser Clinic under special consideration and reviewed individual case.

15. Treatment add-on prices that are in addition to the packages are at the normal retail price, yet Paulina de los Reyes Beauty Skin Laser Clinic and its employees reserve the right to offer you discounts on such add-ons.

16. Clients must inform Paulina de los Reyes Beauty Skin Laser Clinic of their skin concerns prior to the commencement of all treatments, and a consent form must be signed.

17. Clients should follow at home practices recommended by your treating therapist, including recommended product use, for best results.

18. The terms of Paulina de los Reyes Beauty Skin Laser Clinic Booking policy, Cancelation Policy, Child Policy and Privacy Policy will apply to all promotions and offers.

19. Gift Vouchers
Australian Consumer Law offers to the consumer a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase in all gift vouchers and by law Paulina de los Reyes Beauty Skin and Laser Clinic we will honour. Paulina de los Reyes Beauty Skin and Laser Clinic will state in their physical and e-gift vouchers with a 12 months expiry date with the intention of the recipient to utilise their vouchers within a 12 month date as this avoids the recipient forgetting their gift voucher. Gift vouchers are only redeemable towards treatments and services within the clinic. Not redeemable towards products.
