There is still a lot of confusion between above services mentioned. They are definetly not the same. Powder brows is a much less invasive procedure that doesn’t involve the cutting of the skin by creating hair stroke like incisions. Paulina being a Dermal and Skin therapist, as well as a Brow Cosmetic Tattooist, has recognised the trauma feathering or microblading tattoo techniques can do to the skin, therefore powder is her preferred method. However you must be assed, as not all people are candidates for brow tattooing with powder technique.
